5 Places For Food and Drink in Las Vegas
Las Vegas is known for it’s party scene, captivating shows and of course amazing dining options.
One of the top hospitality destinations in the United States, there is always something to do in Las Vegas. From countless shows to tourist attractions, there really is something for everyone. Sin City also boasts an impressive dining scene, with unique food options. Check out these five locations for food and drink in Vegas!
Maxie’s Las Vegas
Located in the LINQ Promenade Shops, Maxie’s is a can’t miss location for breakfast! The casual dining atmosphere and friendly staff creates a home-town feel in the heart of a bustling city. We ate here for breakfast on the first full day of our stay in Vegas. Two notable options on the menu are the chicken and waffles, paired perfectly with spicy honey, and the famous Benedict box. A Benedict box is essentially eggs Benedict but features bread in the shape of a box, with the egg in the middle, making it a unique and filling menu option. They also offered a variety of omelets, waffles, and pancakes. Pair your meal with a delicious sweet tea to jump start your busy day around the city.
Breeze Daiquiri Bar
There are so many daiquiri bars lining the streets of Las Vegas. We choose to get our refillable cups from Breeze Daiquiri Bar. Essentially, a slushy for adults, you can fill your cup with multiple frozen daiquiri flavors. The first time I filled my cup I got the watermelon, Dole Whip, and pina colada flavor. You also have the option to add extra shots of alcohol, which according to the workers is highly recommended (it is a party city – what do you expect).
LAVO at Palazzo
A beautiful, upscale-casual dining location, LAVO is an Italian restaurant with options for even the pickiest of eaters. A must-order for an appetizer is the crispy, buttery garlic bread. It was so delicious and is enough for a group of five! The garlic bread comes with three dips, marinara, pesto, and gorgonzola dolce. They have a variety of steaks, chicken and pasta dishes. The chicken marsala was outstanding, the sauce was perfect. In addition to the excellent food, the atmosphere is so romantic with candle lit tables and cozy lighting.
Grand Lux Cafe
If you are looking for a great breakfast that is affordable, you have to go to the Grand Lux Cafe at The Venetian. For $25, you can indulge in the breakfast buffet, featuring bagels, pastries, mini waffles, hash browns, an array of fruits, oatmeal, sausage, eggs, bacon, and an omelette station. This was our favorite breakfast that we ate in Las Vegas.
In-N-Out Burger
Yes, I know it’s a chain! But coming from the east coast, were there is no such thing as In-N-Out Burger, we had to be sure to grab this for a quick bite. Not to mention that if you are tired of the Vegas dining prices, this is a perfect cheap lunch when you’re on the go! There is an In-N-Out Burger located in the LINQ Promenade shops.
